We utilize Zoom for our tele-health visits. Per insurance requirements, our providers must be able to see you via video conferencing. Our provider Zoom accounts are secure , encrypted and compliant with HIPAA standards. Please make sure to download the Zoom application prior to your visit.

Personal Meeting IDs

Use the Provider's Personal Meeting ID emailed to you to join the Zoom Video call at your scheduled appointment time.
Your provider's Personal Meeting ID does not change. A complete list of our providers' Personal Meeting IDs can be found in the below link. Password to the page is emailed to you; if you need the password again please call/text our front office at 808.379.6656.

Secure Patient Portal

We use InSync's patient portal for forms and documents related to patient health information. The portal also provides the ability to request/cancel appointments, online bill pay and direct messaging with your provider team.
