Please contact your insurance to verify coverage for mental health outpatient provider coverage (online therapy and medication management) or mental health outpatient facility coverage (online IOP and in-person PHP). You are responsible for any annual deductibles, copays or co-insurance after insurance payment consideration. Depending on your insurance benefits, you may or may not require a prior authorization before receiving services from Wellness Partners Mental Health.
