Our providers must be able to see you via video conferencing for the length of your scheduled appointment time. Please prepare for your appointment by finding a private, distraction-free location with a strong internet connection to avoid any last minute appointment cancellations. 
 

If you are going to be traveling outside of the Hawaiian Islands on your scheduled appointment date, please contact the office as soon as possible to reschedule. All of our providers are licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii, and most are unable to legally treat patients across state lines.
