SHERI SANTOS
MS, Pre-Licensed MFT
Sheri is an Oahu native born and raised. She graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu where she earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Sheri has worked in multiple different areas of mental health services since 2015 such as : skills training for special needs and autistic children, juvenile corrections for incarcerated adolescents and at-risk youth, clinical counseling/substance abuse group IOP as an intern for military veterans, crisis personal habilitation work for behavioral modification and hands on rehabilitation for mentally disordered individuals, with case management services for mentally disordered individuals .
Sheri takes on a solution focused based theory combined with family processes and structural strategic approach whose primary population of interests has been military families affected by post traumatic stress/detransitioning to the home front , individuals with PTSD/anxiety/C-PTSD , and individuals with ADHD.
