Setting
Our TMM services are delivered online via secure virtual platforms, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own homes.
Hours and Days of Service
The TMM program operates seven days a week, offering morning afternoon and evening sessions to accommodate various schedules.
Frequency of Services
- From 1-2 sessions per week to once every two weeks or monthly check-ins. The session frequency is tailored to individual needs.
Payers and Funding Sources
We currently accept a broad range of insurance plans (commercial, medicare and medicaid, Tricare, VA etc.) and private pay options. Fees include co-pays and coinsurance, making our services accessible to those in need.
Referral Sources
We accept referrals from a wide range of sources, including primary care physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, hospitals, schools, employers, employee assistance programs (EAP), and self-referrals. While a referral from a healthcare provider is recommended, it is not required.

Therapeutic Interventions: Our program includes individual, couples and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Genetic Testing: We offer genetic testing, which provides insights into how a client's body may respond to different medications—allowing us to make more informed choices.

Provided Directly: Core services such as therapy sessions and psychiatric evaluations are directly provided by our experienced staff, including licensed therapists and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.

Therapy and Medication Management (TMM) is an outpatient mental health treatment program. TMM is designed for individuals from all walks of life who may have encountered occasional and/or on-going hardship and need professional support but do not need intensive care or hospitalization.

Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions with a therapist to address specific mental health issues, set goals, and develop personalized treatment plans. Staff Credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Psychologists (PhD/PsyD).​

Couples/Family Therapy: Sessions involving family members to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and support the client’s recovery. Staff Credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Psychologists (PhD/PsyD).

Medication Management: Comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of prescribed medications. Staff Credentials: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
